The international “AI & Health Data for Personalised Medicine” Hackathon will take place on 2–3 October 2026 at the LSMU Emanuel Levinas Centre in Kaunas. The event will bring together students, healthcare professionals, researchers, AI engineers, startups, developers and innovators to work collaboratively on healthcare challenges.
The hackathon will focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, idea development and practical solutions to real-world healthcare challenges.
Participants can join as idea developers or contribute their expertise as mentors.
What challenges will be addressed?
Participants will be able to choose from four strategic areas:
- AI Diagnostics & Disease Prediction
- Health Data Platforms & Interoperability
- Regulatory Environment & Investment Readiness
- Other challenges, which will be presented during the hackathon.
What is at stake?
The two best-performing teams will receive a direct opportunity to join the international BIO-RED Biotech & Pharma accelerator programme, providing access to high-level mentoring and support in attracting investment.
Participation
Participants can register individually, with teams formed during the event, or register as an existing team of 4–5 people.
