The acquisition brings together two complementary organisations under the life sciences division of Sisu Group, creating a stronger ecosystem of specialised consultancy brands to support innovation across the sector.
Strand has built a strong reputation, with 190 consultants and more than 800 projects completed to date for companies active in life sciences. MindCapture brings more than 10 years of expertise and a well-established presence in Flanders, with a team of 50 seasoned consultants.
Together, both companies are a natural fit: two organisations whose combined footprint now spans the full breadth of Belgium and whose expertise covers the full spectrum of the industry, from research and development to commercialisation.

Kristiaan Vanhercke will continue to lead MindCapture hand in hand with Tom during a transition period, after which he will remain on board as a strategic advisor to the group.
