5 million people now use mojeIKP

PublishedAugust 20, 2026

In the first half of 2026, the number of mojeIKP users reached 5 million. This marks a significant acceleration in its growth: it took more than four years to reach the first 4 million users, while another million joined in just six months.

One million new users in just six months confirms that mojeIKP meets the everyday needs of patients. We are developing digital health services to be simple, secure and convenient. We want people to be able to check their medical records, manage appointments and access a growing number of services in one place.
Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda, Minister of Health (Poland)

mojeIKP is a free mobile app that provides access to the most important features of the Patient Online Account (IKP) on a smartphone or tablet. Users can quickly access their health information and medical records, as well as a growing range of digital services.

mojeIKP is one of the key digital tools developed by the Ministry of Health and the e-Health Centre. It facilitates access to healthcare services and allows users to manage a growing number of health-related matters directly from their phones.

The Patient Online Account (IKP) already has more than 21 million users, while mojeIKP is growing at a record pace. The app provides quick access to e-prescriptions, e-referrals, test results, treatment history, information about medicines and their dosages, prescription expiry dates and insurance information.

Users can also set medication reminders, receive notifications about new documents, redeem e-prescriptions at pharmacies using a QR code, access selected health information about a child or a person who has granted them appropriate authorisation, and use tools supporting preventive care.

Through mojeIKP, patients can use the central e-registration system. The app allows them to check available appointments, book an appointment and, if necessary, change or cancel a booking. The range of services available depends on the type of service and the healthcare facilities participating in central e-registration.

Managing appointments themselves saves patients time, while cancelling an appointment they cannot attend allows someone else to use the available time slot.

The Ministry of Health and the e-Health Centre are continuously developing new mojeIKP functionalities and expanding the range of services available through the central e-registration system. This allows patients to manage more health-related matters quickly, conveniently and directly from their phones.

mojeIKP provides quick access to medical documents and key health information, and allows users to access selected services without the need for a personal visit to a healthcare facility.

The app is free and available for Android and iOS devices.
