The PhARMA Innovation Forum (PIF) has appointed Konstantinos Mefsout as its new general manager.
Mefsout will oversee the organisation’s operations and strategic development, with a focus on promoting pharmaceutical innovation, strengthening dialogue with healthcare stakeholders and supporting the development of a sustainable and resilient healthcare system in Greece.
He holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has professional experience in public policy, corporate affairs, communications and sustainability. His career has included leading strategic projects at both national and international level.
PIF said Mefsout’s priorities will include strengthening the forum’s role in discussions on healthcare policy and pharmaceutical innovation, with a focus on improving the healthcare ecosystem for patients in Greece.
The appointment was announced by PIF’s Board of Directors, which said his experience and expertise would support the organisation’s work in pharmaceutical innovation and healthcare policy.
